This Cancellation Policy governs the process for canceling or seeking a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform.
1. Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellation requests will only be considered if made on the same day the order is placed.
- However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the respective seller(s) or merchant(s) listed on the Platform, and they have initiated the shipping process or the product is out for delivery.
2. Rejection at Doorstep:
- In the event that cancellation is not possible due to shipment or delivery initiation, the customer retains the right to reject the product at the time of delivery.
