Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy:
We deeply value books as one of the most precious assets in the world. Therefore, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, if an order is not delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, a refund will be issued, excluding shipping charges.

2. Refund Policy:
A refund will only be processed if an order is not delivered and is returned to us. In such cases, the refund amount will exclude shipping charges. The refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, using the original payment method.

Note: incase of refund it usually credited to customer's account in 5-7 banking working days to actual payment method.
